Wear the Atlas
Contemporary jewelry drawn from the museum pieces in our atlas. Each design names the historical object it begins from, and states plainly how it differs. These are modern pieces — worn today, not excavated from the past.

From the atlas, not from a catalogue
Every piece on this page starts from an object we have already documented — a jade pei, a Tang gold phoenix, a Qing court necklace. We keep the form, the motif or the colour, and we say which one. Nothing here is presented as antique, replica or authentic.
A note on what is live
These ten pieces are shown before launch. Prices and materials are set; a working payment and fulfilment system is not yet connected, so there is no checkout. When commerce is connected, a purchase button will appear only on pieces that are actually for sale.
